The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick solution to our needs. I found the room spacious and clean. The provided tea, coffee, and snack bars were good. The hotel restaurant provided a separate gluten-free menu at dinner, I appreciated that. I felt secure because the staff had a great awareness of allergens.

I notice the parking lot was not spacious.

The concert access and bar facilities were very helpful. Big events had good catering here at the stadium. The hotel nails it. This became a perfect place when I stayed for a big event.

The room has sufficient equipment. It provides a very comfortable sleep. There exist free car parking spaces, it becomes easy because the bus ride into town is very handy. It reminded me of a very luxurious room.

The location offer easy access to the city centre. Many hotels do not offer car parking, this was a bonus. The room I have got was clean and very comfortable. The staff are very pleasant and the food tastes good.
