cramped roomfaulty towel rail
I was a bit disappointed with a few aspects. the 'compact townhouse double' room felt rather cramped. It was difficult for two people to move around comfortably, particularly when the ironing board was set up.. there really was no space. also, the bathroom towel rail was constantly on full heat and despite asking twice, it wasn't fixed until we were about to go to bed. it made the small bathroom stuffy and uncomfortable.
