Belleek Castle offers a unique experience with its stunning venue and beautifully decorated interiors, situated perfectly within an ancient forest. Guests often rave about the food, especially the full Irish breakfast and the signature dish, "the drunken bullock". The rooms are spacious and comfortable, some featuring divine six-poster beds, though some guests have noted that the initial room allocation wasn't always to their liking. The castle tour and armoury collections are commonly recommended activities, adding to the memorable stay.

informative tourwoodland walkthin wallroom picture
The guided tour was informative. The food was AMAZING!!! Breakfast was wonderful. I loved the woodland walks and views up the river.
I was disappointed with the room. It looked NOTHING like the rooms online when I booked. The thin wall in our room meant I could hear the people next door's conversation at 1am.

i found the room i booked to be quite disappointing. (i was expecting something more luxurious for a castle stay.) the room had thin walls and i could clearly hear the conversation of the guests in the adjacent room late at night . this lack of soundproofing contributed negatively to the feeling of an authentic castle stay.

The staff was friendly. Stephen served excellent cocktails at the lounge. Sean gave a very informative castle tour, and he knows a lot about the history of Ireland. Breakfast included a yummy and large selection of food.
The bathroom had old-fashioned fixtures.
