sized room friendly staff well organized breakfast dirty sink cleaning delay
I stayed in a nice sized room and it was very quiet. Breakfast was substantial and well organized , the staff were both attentive and friendly.
The bathroom sink was dirty when I arrived. I immediately called reception and requested the bathroom be cleaned , but this took two hours.

great location easy travel dirty carpet small area present rubbish
The hotel was so close to st paul's cathedral. Only a few minutes walk. blackfriars tube station was also really close. it made travelling around the city easy! especially gina in the bar, were helpful.
the bedroom carpet looked dirty, it had some stains. breakfast was busy and the dining area felt small. i also noticed some rubbish under the bed.

location good, EVERYTHING ELSE less so

no hot water unkept promises
the service Really misses the mark. i had NO hot water one morning. the staff SAID they knew about it, but didn't bother to inform guests beforehand. also, my room WASN'T cleaned properly, despite me requesting it. promises of compensation were made, but i'm still waiting to see THAT materialise.

Excellent Stay Experience

excellent location wide selection friendly staff
The location is very convenient with easy access to transport links. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options suitable for different dietary needs. Staff members were friendly and provided useful advice regarding the hotel facilities. Spa services were excellent and they accommodated a massage appointment on short notice.
I found that the room temperature was slightly difficult to regulate.
