I stayed in a very cool themed room. The size of the room was great and I enjoyed the room challenge. My son appreciated free Lego. The breakfast had a good selection of food, and the location suited our needs. The facilities downstairs were very good for my son.

The shower seemed to have a blockage. The water overfilled the shower tray. It went onto the bathroom floor. This needs to be fixed.

The hotel is very close to the theme park entrance, this allowed easy access. The car park was also conveniently located, and the shuttle service to nearby attractions operated frequently, I appreciated it.

Our themed room featured Lego models and decor. There was a comfortable king-size bed. a separate sleeping area for the children. The room also included a treasure chest with Lego gifts, and , made my son really happy!!!

I was so happy with the themed room decor. It was immersive. The availability of the Lego playroom provided great entertainment for the children (especially the Lego bricks!).

The food quality at the restaurants did not meet expectations (it was quite expensive, too). I also found that some hotel facilities needed updating, such as the play area inside the hotel.

The Kingdom Themed Room offered such a lovely immersive experience. My kids were overjoyed with the Lego gifts they found in the room upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide selection of choices (especially the pancakes!).

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of hot and fresh food, and the dinner buffet featured constantly replenished options! i appreciated the attention to detail, from the lego decorations in the rooms to the lego models throughout the hotel. the staff were amazing, and i found them patient and approachable, especially toward children.

the phones in the room didn't work, so i had to go to the concierge for assistance.

The room was very clean and spacious. It had a well-designed layout. my children were happy with the extra gifts for staying in the hotel. i definitely would stay here again. It was excellent.

the signage into the woodland village was really confusing on arrival. some roads were closed, and signs disappeared.

we adored the kingdom themed room. it was lovely. the territory outside was very nice. i especially liked the miniature park. it alone was worth going there.

the check in was easy, but the lifts were not working. it was tricky to get luggage and very excited kids to the room. the toilet could have been a bit cleaner, especially around the seat hinges.
