Some issues

urine smellnew room

The room wasnt as expected. There was a distinct urine smell in the bathroom. I did have to request a room change after two nights because it was unbearable. The new room was slightly better, but the smell returned after using the toilet a few times.

the location was quite central to everything

the room was cold despite adjusting the dial i had to double the duvet and wear extra clothing to stay warm i also noticed the shampoo container was almost empty there was no shower gel provided just shampoo the shower could also benefit from a non slip mat for safety
