Excellent Stay, Great Location, Friendly Staff!

Our family of 5 stayed in a family room. This setup included a queen bed and two twin beds, a perfect setup for us. The hotel offered various sitting rooms where we could relax! The staff helped us by calling taxis and advising on the hop-on hop-off bus options.
I found stains on the radiator that resembled spit marks. A crack in the window caused loud traffic noise, disrupting my rest. plug sockets were loose from the wall, posing a safety concern.
