the views from the hotel were amazing. the hiking trails near the hotel provided access to nature. there were several activity options, like tennis, that i could participate in.
The staff at the meals sometimes removed plates too quickly. This happened even when i only stepped away briefly.

The location proved satisfactory. It gave access to local trails.
The lack of in-room amenities really surprised me. there wasn't an iron or ironing board available in the family beautiful room i booked. i asked for one, and they told me to find it myself in one of their rondavels. i found this response unhelpful given the cost of the stay. I expected better service.

The hotel is situated close to the mountains. This gives good access to hiking trails. The resort maintains itself well. Food quality was generally satisfactory.
I found no iron or ironing board in the room. Staff suggested I go to one of their rondavels to find one. The service was slow at times (perhaps due to high occupancy).
