The hotel's location near Victoria Station proved quite useful.

I found several aspects disappointing. The room's air conditioning was quite weak. the provided towels felt rather rough and thin.. they certainly could have been softer.

the room had modern fittings, and the bathroom included a quadrant shower cubicle. continental breakfast offered a sufficient start to the day. the staff allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, a helpful service when departing later in the day. st george's tavern, a really good pub, sits conveniently on the next corner.

the smart tv features did not work (but that was not a big deal).

breakfast included continental pastries, cereals, juices, yoghurts, muffins and donuts. a pancake making machine was also available, a novel addition to the selection. the breakfast area was clean and well-kept.

convenient location useful safe

The location is very convenient, approximately a 5-minute walk to Victoria Station. I also found the availability of a safe, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in the room quite useful. The room had a TV. Breakfast included a variety of teas, coffees, and other items.

I noticed some dust upon arrival. The bathroom door did not close properly, which affected privacy.

The room was quite small. the air conditioning barely functioned. It was one of the warmer days. i found it difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature, even with it running constantly. this made sleeping difficult.

The proximity to Victoria Station made commuting easy. The staff was attentive and addressed all requests promptly. I found the included breakfast to be a satisfying start to the day. They stored my luggage after checkout. This allowed me to explore the area without being burdened.

Fantastic Stay Near Victoria Station!

really good access great food good room cleaning plenty electrical outlets

The hotel's location near Victoria Station was a HUGE plus for getting around. I found some AMAZING food options at the nearby pub and other places just a few blocks away. The room cleaning was very good and I appreciated the fresh towels daily. There were plenty of electrical outlets around the room, very convenient.

The day clerk seemed a bit preoccupied with his computer, made interactions less personal.
