the staff were very nice! all the staff i encountered were helpful too. the breakfast was really nice, it was great.

The room temp control didn't work. it made the room too cool during the day. the bathroom tap only got to warm, annoying. there were only stirrers. There were no spoons.

the family room was spacious and well appointed we had a queen size bed and two single beds for the children the bathroom featured a large shower area perfect after a day of travel travel was convenient with bus routes available nearby the hotel is slightly outside the city center but still close to tourist attractions. i found the staff to be helpful and the hotel exceeded my expectations the room was comfortable and everything worked as expected i appreciated the shower head being at a decent height. the decor in the hallways and stairways was unexpectedly nice the color scheme was also pleasant i liked that there was a fridge in the room and the bed was very comfy.

the noise in the corridors late at night was a bit disturbing with music coming from nearby places.

the breakfast was excellent. the team did everything possible to. public transportation to central areas is very convenient.

the room was small. windows did not open. i had to walk 20 or 30 minutes from the nearest underground station.
