low water pressure thin walls
I stayed in what they called a 'standard double room'. it was not a standard room. It was tiny. the shower had barely any water pressure. also, the walls seemed thin because i could hear conversations next door. that was very annoying .

stained walls dodgy extension lead
the room i got could have used a serious refresh. there were stains on the walls (i wonder what they were from) and the remote control was held together with tape. also, finding only one dodgy extension lead for plugs was not ideal. i had to practically glue it to the desk to use my laptop (talk about vintage).

great location hot options prompt service
i found the location quite convenient. it was near paddington station. restaurants were easily accessible nearby. the breakfast included hot options and service was prompt.
the room i stayed in was quite SMALL. there was noticeable noise from the elevator shaft. i could hear its movements and nearby conversations.
