excellent stay right by hyde park!

perfect location friendly staff comfortable bed

i totally loved the location across from hyde park it made getting around super easy the tube station is literally next door also the staff were really friendly and helpful making my stay smooth the room was clean and had coffee facilities a nice tv comfortable bed and chair everything i needed!

the lift situation wasn't ideal as there was only one lift for the whole hotel which sometimes made getting around a bit slow

the room was spacious with a fridge a safe and tea and coffee making facilities the bathroom was really modern and had good quality toiletries i slept well and i felt safe.

location good, some issues need addressing

rude staff digital key issues

The front desk staff wasn't great. They seemed rude. basic communication skills were lacking, and that's frustrating. also, i encountered some digital key issues. i completed the digital check-in and was told to go straight to my room. instead, i had to sign forms and pay a deposit, even though my stay was fully prepaid. it was a pretty annoying experience.

cramped bathroom loud air conditioning

The room felt smaller than expected, and the bathroom was particularly cramped. i also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. the air conditioning was quite loud. We found it hard to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level and it kept cycling on and off. i expected better for the price i paid.

the location proved really good , with the tube station a mere stone's throw away. i found the staff helpful , especially with directions to local attractions. the room was clean.

i noticed the room felt a bit cramped , , made it challenging to unpack comfortably. the noise from the street was noticeable at times , disrupting my sleep. the breakfast options seemed limited , lacking variety for a longer stay.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It is very close to the Underground station, a great convenience. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection. I also appreciated being able to request freshly cooked eggs.

patient personnel kind staff complete attention amazing staff

My stay are superb. The team members were patient, kind, and helpful. Mohammed, Tim, and Idris were particularly notable. Each guest received complete attention. They work hard and were pleasant the whole time. The staff are great.

The room's shower was small. I barely fit inside. This was a shame.
