Amazing Stay at a Wonderful Venue

romantic venue clean spa
The drive up to the hotel was lovely. The venue was very romantic and well-kept. I attended my friend's wedding there. The whole venue was fantastic. I used the spa the next day before I left (it was a super relaxing experience). It was clean and tidy with plenty of pools.
The air conditioning did not work in the room. The room temperature was quite high at 24 degrees. A fan was provided, but the noise made it hard to sleep.

The hotel features a thermal spa area with several pools. There is also an onsite farm store where you can purchase vegetables and meat. The hotel offers scenic onsite walks, a great opportunity to get some exercise and explore the grounds.

The staff was helpful, especially a young man on reception. All staff members were so friendly. The staff happily answered any questions about the hotel or food choices. They went out of their way to accommodate guests (really amazing).

unfriendly staff room temperature
The check-in process was not smooth. The staff member i encountered was rather unfriendly. she mentioned a breakfast time constraint because of a voicemail i supposedly ignored, though i did return their call without response. she made no attempt to accommodate a minor adjustment for my mother, disappointing. also, the room felt too warm, but i couldn't find instructions for the air conditioning system. That was annoying.
