decent stay overall!

warm welcome great view small room small window
I got a super warm welcome. the hotel bar is great. it has a good selection of drinks and great views of the city! it is located on the 1st floor. This is cool for people watching. That's my thing, you know!
The rooms were quite small! the window was very very small. it was marginal on claustrophobic! the kettle had no socket for plugging it in to boil and they only left 2 little milk sachets and no biscuits!!! this is quite dangerous. I had to boil a kettle on the floor, you know. the shower and ensuite were grand.

Decent stay, some minor issues.

The location was convenient. I found myself very close to the train station! The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The bathroom was also a good size with adequate space in the shower.
The walls felt quite thin. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. The lack of bedside tables was also inconvenient. I had nowhere to put my things except for the floor or the wardrobe. The room also lacked a bin.

nice central stay

excellent location friendly staff nice decor secure entry
the location was excellent with easy access to the train station. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist. i liked the decor in the reception area. it felt secure as you need a card for entry after a certain hour.
the room lacked air conditioning, and a tiny tower fan did little to cool it.

central location friendly staff clean room basic room missing phone bright light
the location was very central. i could easily reach many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially with directions). the room was clean and well kept.
the room was quite basic. there was no phone in the room, so i had to go to the reception for any issues. there were some large lights shining into the room at night.

small room uncomfortable pillows
The room i occupied was quite small. the window offered a view of a wall. the kettle lacked a readily available socket. I had to boil it on the floor, a definite safety concern. only two milk sachets were provided. Biscuits were absent. i found the two different pillow sizes uncomfortable for sleeping.
