The staff at the reception was amazingly cute. The gentleman offered helpful information regarding car parking (it was near!), as well as details about breakfast. I really liked the central location, and I had no issues getting around. I found plenty of options for eating and drinking very close by.

All staff members were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Breakfast delivered to the room was delicious and hot. The hotel's location is very convenient near many attractions. I received a parking discount.
I was not informed about an extra local council tourist tax. I only noticed the sign at reception.

The room had great layout, it was also very comfortable. i found the location amazing. So many bars and restaurants were within walking distance. james street station and the docks were close too. I walked everywhere. it was perfect.
my room faced the front of the building. the windows seemed thin and i could hear street noise late into the night.

temperature control
The room temperature control was a serious issue. I couldn't adjust it. consequently, i had to open the windows, a solution that wasn't ideal (especially at night) because it let in a lot of noise early in the morning. to add insult to injury, the room cleanliness was quite poor, almost unhygienic.
