The staff were amazing. Joanne at reception upgraded our room to a beautiful double room, a very nice touch for our anniversary! Breakfast had lots of choices with great quality food. Staff in there were also amazing. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The swimming pool was shut early for New Year's Eve. This was the only reason I booked the hotel. I looked forward to taking my daughter swimming.

Daniel, a young gentleman, and his colleague Sarah were very helpful. They assisted with our queries, and were pretty good too help us. I'm charmed by their kindness. Reception staff were efficient during check-in.

the room was lovely, clean, and had a super comfy bed. Bedding felt luxurious and fresh. It was nice to have both a bath and shower in the bathroom. there were big bath sheets. The room provided all the facilities I needed.

The staff were always ready to assist, and their kindness really stood out! I enjoyed the pool a lot. It offered a lovely, refreshing escape. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the room's cleanliness and space. It was perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
