The hotel has a good security presence. The chick fil a inside offered fast service. I found the casino staff to be helpful. The hotel has a convenient budget rental car office on site.
I did notice hallways could use brighter lighting.

i found it simple to navigate and super comfortable. the hotel offered many dining options. it connects to the freemont street experience. i am definitely coming back! the location seemed to be the most popular casino on freemont street.
i found the surcharge added to every room annoying, especially since i didn't use all the amenities.

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the beds had premium bedding and plush pillows for extra comfort. i had a quiet room, away from the main street noise, that gave me a relaxing stay..

The poker room was great. Every dealer acted professionally with everyone at the table. Rickey, the floor manager, does an awesome job. He is the best poker room manager I have ever seen. I appreciate the great service and the friendly atmosphere. I will return for more games.
I stayed in a room. A light bulb was missing from the desk lamp. the remote for the TV required excessive pressure to operate properly. This made it a minor inconvenience.
