Our room, a standard double room, felt quite dated. the decor seemed a bit tired (i think it could use a refresh). also, the service at alexander's wasn't great. The staff didn't seem too attentive. it took a while to get their attention, and the food was just okay. i hoped for better, especially considering the hotel's rating.
