My room, a forest wing double or twin room, was spacious. The grounds are fine. Staff members were friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure I felt welcome. Breakfast included a good selection of cooked food, fruits, yogurt, cereals and juices.

The gym is small.

the staff were helpful . the large bar and lounge areas worked well for evening gatherings. the room service food was amazing!!! i especially liked the evening meal.

the hotel felt dated and seemed like it needed refurbishment. breakfast required me to carry a small tray through multiple rooms, hard to balance. the charge for my dogs seemed expensive at £90 for the stay.

The hotel provides easy parking with ample space. i found the service excellent, and there was a very good choice of food. a vegan menu was also available. my room included a comfy king-size bed. After my long drive, i fell asleep quickly.

the sauna was out of order. i consider that a slight imperfection.
