ground floor holiday hours

the staff quickly addressed my inquiries regarding holiday hours before my arrival they were also very friendly upon arrival i was moved to a ground floor room this made storing my bike easier.

the accommodation was separate from the reception area requiring a brief walk outside

i found free parking very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, they made check in easy. i really like that they provide lots of free tea and coffee for the room, it was great!

the pillows were not very comfortable and seemed lumpy, but i still slept fine.

All staff were very professional at check in. They were also courteous and helpful. Breakfast had decent options. I could find tea and coffee in the room.

The room was a bit old. It need a refurbishment soon.

wonderful docks stay!

The hotel's location was a HUGE plus! i easily walked to a nearby concert arena. the room had a nice hairdryer and offered a beautiful dock view. It was quite basic but comfy.

the curtains had noticeable rips and tears, a bit disappointing. also, i felt the price was somewhat high considering the overall condition of the room. i didn't expect to pay extra for parking .

convenient parking friendly staff dockside double room

i stayed in a dockside double room. the location was excellent for getting to the docks. on-site parking was convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, even late at night.

the towels were smaller than i expected.
