helpful staff great location quiet area
the staff were really helpful. i had a good one-bed apartment with all the space i needed. the location was great. easy walking distance to many parts of the city. it was also in a quiet area.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly. It was constantly warm with no airflow. i reported the issue, but no action was taken.

Charming City Stay
central location useful kitchenette walk-in shower
I loved the central location near the train station. Day tours were a short walk away. The room includes a useful kitchenette, I found this to be perfect. The walk in shower was convenient after long walks.
The phones did not work in the rooms for calls to the desk.

The hotel has laundry with washer and dryers. I appreciated them. I found the combi oven microwave very useful for heating meals after long sightseeing days. The hotel gave easy access to local shops and restaurants.

defective extractor fan lifting paint
The location seemed acceptable. The gym was available for a swift workout.
The check-in process experienced a forty minute delay. The staff said the rooms were undergoing inspection. I found our allocated room lacked a working extractor fan in the bathroom. The bathroom walls had lifting paint.

excellent location equipped kitchenette nice bathroom
the location was excellent for exploring attractions. my room had a kitchenette equipped with a stove microwave fridge and basin. the bathroom was very nice.
the window in my room could only open a small amount.

the studio twin beds room had a well-equipped kitchen. this kitchen included a hob, a microwave, and a fridge. i found lots of eateries just outside the hotel.
water pressure was poor for the shower.
