the room included a bath and separate shower cubicle. i found the bed comfortable. the overall feel was modest luxury, and there was good attention to detail. the location proved convenient, especially with various spots like the castle within walking distance..
i found the hotel slightly overheated when i first walked in.

The staff offered helpful directions and information about transportation. The location provides easy access to main attractions because a bus stop is right opposite. The breakfast each morning was superb and the room had one of the best hotel showers I have ever had.
The room thermostat did not function properly. The room temperature remained around 26.5°C. I had to sleep with the window open , and I closed it again when it got cold during the night.

The hotel's location near the castle and shops was fantastic. I found the room to be clean with comfortable beds. I enjoyed the breakfast. It prepared me well for the day (especially the scrambled eggs!).
The hotel can be noisy at night with doors slamming and street noise. I think better soundproofing could improve the stay.
