the location is amazing for exploring nearby attractions. the hotel is very close to the royal mile and arthur's seat. i found the little kitchen very handy. the pillows were nice and fluffy (i like fluffy pillows!). i appreciated the shower, it just felt amazing.
i found that the floor and doors made quite a bit of noise. the sound insulation between the rooms was not great.

the staff was nice and friendly . the 24/7 reception service was very helpful. having so much coffee available in the tubs was a bonus, as you usually only get a few sachets.

the apartment had a well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. complimentary tea and milk were also provided. the presence of a refrigerator, microwave, and stove made dining convenient.

i loved the breakfast and snack items, it was a perfect way to start each day! the location is great, right off of high street. the staff were friendly when i arrived, very polite and helpful.
there was a musty smell in communal hallways.
