The hotel location is very convenient. there are many places to eat within walking distance. the tube station is close by and there is a grocery store next door. the staff are friendly and polite. i liked having a kitchenette in my room. This gave it a home-like atmosphere.

the sofa bed felt very hard and not particularly pleasant to sit on.

The room was very clean. Staff members are always available to assist guests at the reception. I appreciated the free coffee and water available near the reception area. The location is great with easy access to various amenities.

The provided kitchenware was rather basic. It could have included a greater variety.

The room was VERY clean including the bathroom and kitchen. Top class toiletries were provided and the linens were very good. The hot water was very hot with a lovely shower and the kitchen was fully equipped.

The location proved convenient! It allowed easy access to various attractions nearby. The staff were also quite friendly. I found a coffee machine and a water distributor available in the lobby. Those were nice additions.

The room had some noise, which bothered my sleep. The bedsheet quality felt rough to the touch. I felt water bottles should have been provided daily, without needing to refill them myself.
