solid stay close to everything

convenient location short walk helpful staff

i found the location convenient. it was just a short walk to euston and st pancras stations. the shower in my room worked well, giving me a 5-star experience after long days. the staff were really helpful.

the staff were helpful and kind at all times. coffee and tea were available in the lobby.

my room had a carpet. it reminded me of there were several other carpets underneath. the sink and shower plumbing was poor. the water drained very slowly.

amazing stay near everything!

friendly staff perfect location comfortable bed

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. the location is awesome. I could easily walk to many attractions (and the bus stops were right outside!). my room was clean and the bed was really comfortable, i slept so well!

the stairs were a bit narrow. it was hard with luggage.

the hotel is near russell square station and offers easy access to nearby amenities. a tesco express is very close if you need anything. it is a great starting point to explore the city.

a not entirely bad experience

dog friendly pet dog

the hotel allow me to stay with my dog, that was good. they did take a pre-authorization of 150 pounds.

the room felt small for two people and moving luggages was a game of tetris. the mattress wasn't comfortable.
