splendid stay!
helpful staff clean room fantastic location
the staff it was nice and helpful. my room was clean every day. i liked the location near bayswater station and hyde park it was close.

no lift limited breakfast
The hotel location was suitable. It was near transport links and shops.
The staircase proved problematic. There was no lift. Carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was inconvenient. breakfast options were limited. They lacked variety.

convenient access short walk dining options
the location provided convenient access to transportation. bayswater and queensway underground stations were within a short walk. i found multiple dining options nearby (within 2-3 minutes).
the shower cubicle felt a bit small.

missing elevator cramped breakfast area
The lack of an elevator was a real issue. Getting to my room on an upper floor with luggage was tiring. I also found the breakfast area quite cramped. The choices were fine, but the limited space made for a less than relaxing start to the day. It felt a bit chaotic at times, not very enjoyable.
