beneficial location hyde park carpet cleaning drinking water

the location proved quite beneficial. paddington station was nearby and hyde park could be reached with ease.

the cleanliness was not ideal, i noticed the floors needed proper carpet cleaning. there was also no sink available for drinking water, i found this inconvenient.

the location was convenient. it was very close to transport links. the room had a fan, a hairdryer, and a drinks station (i especially liked the coffee!).

the water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong.

excellent location underground connection warm welcome

The location was very convenient. The bus and underground connections were excellent. Each person at the reception desk gave a warm welcome. Thank you all again..

a decent stay overall

great location good value dirty bathroom stained bedsheets

the location was great. it was just what i needed for my trip. the value for the money was good.

i found the bathroom to be dirty upon checking in. the bedsheets also had stains, i noticed immediately. i had to ask the front desk to get our room cleaned since the cleaning staff had already left. this was disappointing.

basic stay with issues

small room missing cleanliness

The hotel's location was fairly close to the transportation options i needed.

Unfortunately, the room I was given did not match the pictures online. It felt smaller than expected for four people. It was also situated right next to the boiler room and elevator, quite noisy (i could hear it all night). cleanliness was an issue because the room was not cleaned at all during my five-day stay, though at least I received fresh towels daily.
