lovely stay with excellent service

ample parking warm welcome

the location was excellent and the hotel was easy to find. i appreciated the ample parking at the rear of the hotel. staff were friendly and very helpful. the breakfast had lots of menu choice and was delicious.

the bathroom was not clean, disappointing. the tiles were stained, and i noticed some mould. a dirty bathroom is unforgivable.

staff were amazing on arrival, really friendly and very helpful. i spoke with clare and naomi and they were tireless. nothing was too much trouble for them.

dinner had lots of menu choice and was delicious. the bar area was quiet and comfortable. i opted for cooked breakfast and lots of coffee. it set me up for the day.

Ample parking was available behind the hotel. I felt secure leaving my car there. the hotel benefits from excellent parking. the location is ideal, right in the high street. this made it easy to access local shops and restaurants.

the room was beautiful, very clean, and had everything i needed. good quality linen and comfy pillows ensured a restful sleep. my family room was spacious, providing ample space for us all.
