clean room helpful staff extra space broken elevator no hot water stair flights

the room was recently refurbished and very clean. the staff was nice and helpful (they even washed my baby's bottles!). i also appreciated the extra space in the extra large double room, which easily accommodated us and a baby cot.

the elevator was broken . i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs without assistance. there was no hot water one day due to maintenance issues (it was during a cold month).
