big spread executive lounge
the breakfast was a big spread with a great choice! i also had access to the executive lounge where i spent some lovely evenings.
I waited half an hour to check in. The queue was so long!

cramped bathroom inadequate cleaning
the staff IS helpful, and this sufficed.
the bathroom was cramped and this is not ACCEPTABLE at the price i paid. one would expect a bathtub in THE bathroom. room cleaning occurred only every three days, not convenient given a small child was present.

I appreciated the location was near shops. Breakfast had many options. I found the staff friendly. The view from the room overlooked the park and offered nice scenery. I had a comfortable stay.

Staff members i encountered provided prompt and efficient service at all times. They address guest requests swiftly and with professionalism and are very kind. the reception desk was staffed 24/7, ensure assistance was always available.

the room featured modern decor and ammenities. the beds were comfortable and provided a restful sleep with nice pillows. the bathroom contained complimentary toiletries, included a shower with good water pressure, and everything worked.

The staff was polite and helpful. I found the walk-in shower very convenient. There was reasonably priced parking available.. the bar area was also comfortable.
The water pressure in the bathroom was quite poor, making it a bit difficult to use.

spacious room double beds convenient location easy walking distance
i had a spacious room with two double beds. the hotel's location was really convenient, near the city center. it was great that many facilities were within easy walking distance, it made getting around so simple.
The old air heater was quite loud. It needed to run constantly, i found, because the room was a little too cold at first.
