surprisingly good stay!

i found the check-in process easy. the staff was very supportive. our apartment was on the third floor. the room was clean, and i liked my stay. they even helped us keep our luggage after checkout.. i could move freely. the room also had a hot water kettle with coffee and tea bags.
i noticed a pair of my boots was missing when we packed to leave. i reported it to reception. i hope they find it.

The room i had was HUGE. it came with a big shower too. staff seemed friendly. i liked the location. It was near places i wanted to visit.
the carpets in the room seemed dirty. i noticed some marks on the walls and towels, it was unpleasant. the pillows felt hard, and housekeeping only emptied the bin. they did not replace tea or coffee.

i loved how close it was to several subway stations! i easily accessed many attractions and important spots (so convenient!). the staff were super accommodating. my room was clean and cozy, giving me a relaxing space after my daily adventures.
the television in the room wasn't working, but honestly, i didn't spend much time watching tv anyway.

the hotel was in a central area and i found a convenient store nearby i also liked that my room had complimentary tea and coffee the staff were helpful and allowed me to store my luggage after i checked out which helped a lot.
the water pressure in the shower was a little low

Amazingly Located Getaway

The staff was quite attentive. I could leave my luggage before check-in. This allowed me to tour the area freely. The location is very convenient and close to two metro stations and a bus stop. The british museum is only a short walk away.
The room had a very slight smell of sewage in the bathroom, but it was manageable.
