lovely stay

varied menu clean room helpful staff
i appreciated the plentiful breakfast menu. the evening food was nice too. the room i had was clean. i found the staff cute and helpful .
the bathroom door was a folding style. this folding style did not offer sufficient privacy when using the toilet.

the staff took my luggage and escorted me to my room. two ladies managed the bar and served food efficiently during a busy evening. one lady handled busy tables and food service with courtesy (a great effort!).

the hotel provides free parking . the breakfast room was ready for rehearsal space by 11am. the hotel features lounges and a restaurant. i found the full welsh breakfast to be tasty and lovely.

solid stay with some minor issues

helpful suggestions great facilities kind staff
the staff provided helpful hiking suggestions. breakfast offered good value, and the food tasted great. the facilities were great too. i found the staff helpful and kind.
the room's carpet looked unvacuumed. all night, i heard water sounds, possibly a water tank filling. i mentioned this the next morning, and no real apology came.
