mediocre stay
limited breakfast insufficient lifts
the location was acceptable and close to public transport.
The breakfast options were limited and remained the same each day. I found this repetitive. the lifts were also insufficient, with only two servicing the entire hotel, and just one accessed the breakfast restaurant. I had to use the stairs otherwise.

central stay
chill vibes helpful staff brownie
My stay included a visit to the counter coffee area. The brownie tasted great, and the espresso was also good. i found the interior really lovely with chill vibes. It is great. i appreciated the fast check-in process, and the staff were very helpful when i arrived.
I booked a king room. It lacked natural light, which deviated from the photos i saw. also, the room was not cleaned even once during my 3-night stay. this fell short of what i expect from a 4-star hotel.
Dining
9/10
the hotel offers a restaurant and lounge on-site. i found it perfect for quick meals. the counter coffee area serves tasty brownies and good espresso, ideal after work.
Rooms
8/10
the rooms include fast wi-fi, a work desk, and a smart tv. i had a standard queen room . the bed had a comfortable quilt suited for the weather.
Location
8/10
the hotel is near multiple underground stops. this gives you access to the whole city! it is close to tower bridge and leadenhall market! though the surrounding area could be noisy.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel offers a fitness center. i appreciated the quick and easy check-in and check-out processes. there are free water stations available , which i used.
