I found the staff consistently helpful . The Executive Lounge offered a variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, and evening canapés. The hotel is a short walk from Green Park station and major attractions. I found the location to be one of the best aspects.

The elevators sometimes took a while. This caused a slight delay when going to the higher floors.

Yasmine at reception offered a consistent five-star experience! She really sets this hotel apart. The executive lounge staff was helpful and attentive. Pranik, a Marriott member, upgraded our room. It was fine, with a beautiful bathroom and sitting room. Sophie and Sara surprised us with a good gift!

The lifts were a bit slow and sometimes didn't stop at the right floors, but that was minor.
