The room had quality products. The bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated having an iron, a hairdryer, and a kettle in the room. They were all conveniently placed.
I stayed in room 228 and would advise against it. I could hear staff using walkie talkies loudly at 7:30 AM. Other guests were disrespectful too. The shower pressure was abysmal.

The christmas party i attended was great. the food was amazing!!! a singer and a dj were present. the room was beautiful, comfy, and had all i needed for a lovely stay. breakfast the next morning was really nice. Everything was laid out nicely and looked fresh.
the shower pressure was really low. the room was hot even with two fans. there were too many lamps in the room. the sauna wasn't working.

the room included a hair dryer, fans, and an iron with an ironing board.
The shower head had black mold. also the ceiling had mold. i didn't sleep well because my room faced a courtyard. Staff used it to smoke, eat, and receive deliveries at 4:15 am, which woke me up two nights.

Excellent Stay and Great Facilities

The room felt spacious. The bed provided great comfort. I had access to an iron, hairdryer, fans, and a kettle. ALL of them worked perfectly.
I noticed there was no decaf tea. There also was no coffee provided in the room. It would have been nice to have those options readily available.

The location has excellent access. I found it near a boat trip. Great leisure facilities feature a swimming pool. A sauna, steam room, and gym are available to all guests.
