i found the breakfast extensive with many options available i also appreciated the location it is right near many attractions there were also some other lounges and spaces inside to enjoy. the rooms were comfortable the staff made it special and easy to relax
the minibar was empty i thought the free amenities were lacking we ran out of tea milk and toilet roll that was disappointing. when i asked for new supplies they never arrived it was a first world problem but still annoying

i received an upgrade to a beautiful room with a shard view upon arrival. the front desk and restaurant staff were helpful during breakfast. the hotel's proximity to the bridge theatre made it easy to attend the richard ii performances. i walked back to the hotel around 23:00 each night and felt safe.

the location was great and close to main attractions. getting to the hop on hop off bus and underground was easy. the fitness center have more equipment than i expected.
the handheld shower in my room was broken. i did not bother to complain since i only stayed one night. even when i confirmed late checkout, housekeeping and staff bothered me several times the next morning.

The hotel location is super convenient, close to the train station. i enjoyed the gym. It seemed well-equipped for a hotel gym. i also found the staff friendly and helpful , especially at the reception.
I found that my room faced a nearby building. This affected my privacy a little bit. the shower didn't seem great. There was a small leak. i also thought the breakfast was okay, but nothing amazing stood out to me.
