A balanced stay

helpful staffpeaceful roomgood cleaningloose tilesunsealed panelceiling stains
The room had very friendly and helpful staff. Room cleaning was very good with no grime hidden. I also liked that dirt were not on top of skirting boards. The room felt pleasant and peaceful.
The room had loose tiles in the bathroom and this was a problem. The bath panel were not sealed properly and may be dangerous to children. I observed stains on the ceiling that indicated leaks. I did not like being told to take our drinks and go to bed while talking with friends.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

convenient locationmould issuesafety issue
The location was quite convenient to the bus terminal near the Esplanade.
My room was disappointing (I must admit). The cleanliness was below par. There was mould everywhere in the bathroom. It seemed to be a health and safety issue. I worry because I have autoimmune conditions.
