If I request a room with two single beds, will it be guaranteed?

Room assignments based on bed preference are not guaranteed, but efforts will be made to accommodate requests. Can I visit with my 9-year-old child, and are there any age restrictions for the spa?

Children are welcome, but those under 14 years old are restricted from accessing the spa facilities. Are the spa and pool facilities currently open for guests?

The spa is open daily from 8 AM to 9 PM, but please be aware that the swimming pools are closed at this time due to a drought. What happens if I arrive early before my room is ready?
