"Quick walk from Shepherd's Bush tube check in guy very friendly we stayed in the company's sister hotel a few doors up which is very similar style hotel so no problem room was very clean with a nice double size shower comfy bed and fridge great value for money no complaints at all will definitely use again"

The staff were kind and cute. The room included an electric kettle plus coffee and tea. The provided beddings was clean. The room was spacious, and contained both a single bed and a double bed. Housekeeping occurred daily .

The check-in desk was located in a different building. The room was in a separate building, a somewhat odd setup. This arrangement necessitated a walk between locations.

mixed feelings about this hotel

thin wallsshower hair

the room was smaller than i expected. i also found hairs in the shower, it really grossed me out. the walls are thin, and i heard noise from other rooms all night, so i got a bad sleep. plus, finding someone elses hair is never a good look for cleanliness.

The room was clean and modern with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great. Many shops, restaurants, and bars were nearby (it felt so vibrant!). The price was excellent for the value, a real bargain.

The stairs felt a bit unsteady.
