The hotel location near Gloucester Road tube station is really good. The tube made trips simple. The breakfast had meat, cheese, yoghurts and hot dog style sausages. Checkout time at 12noon really helped take advantage of spending days out.

The mirror in my room IS right next to bed. It made doing my hair difficult.

The hotel is close to the underground station, a supermarket, and pubs. I walked to Hyde Park in just fifteen minutes one morning. The Natural History Museum IS a short walk.

The staff at check-in was friendly. They also held my bags before check in AND after check out. This was super helpful with My travel plans. I found all members of staff to BE very helpful.

Breakfast included croissants, juice and muffins. The coffee during breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel buffet. Plenty of fast-food options exists near the premises. The continental breakfast was stocked up well each morning.

i stayed in a standard triple room. it was clean and the staff was very helpful, which i appreciate. breakfast blew away american continental breakfasts, the coffee was surprisingly good. the neighborhood felt safe to me. we loved all the fast-food options nearby!

Underwhelming stay. Several issues noted

dirty carpetlimited breakfast

the lack of elevator access was inconvenient. i had to haul my luggage up several flights of stairs. the room was also disappointing as the carpet was visibly dirty, and i noticed a musty odor. breakfast offered very limited choices and the ingredients seemed low quality.

the location is super great. it is just a few steps from the tube station and the museums are very accessible too. our standard twin room was nice and spacious. i loved that i could open the windows to get some fresh air.

the breakfast was not great, croissants were in packets. the bathroom had bad grouting and messy sealant and i saw no toilet brush.
