The staff were excellent. They were friendly and helpful. The food was great and cheap. The room was amazing and spacious. I found a huge bed and a large bath in the room. It was really convenient.

Underwhelming stay
low pressure shower awful beds
The shower pressure was very low. It barely trickled. The beds were awful. Two old single mattresses had been pushed together. I could feel every spring. This resulted in one of the worst nights of sleep ever. My back was bad the day after.

the staff were friendly and accommodating. they loaned me an iron, very useful. the bed in the room was large. it was comfortable for a good night's sleep.
i noticed the room was very basic. it had a distinct smell of old furniture. the carpet was to need replacement. the bathroom was not clean. i observed black mould present.

The room provided decent fixtures and fittings. The staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was lovely and featured quality ingredients. The bar staff worked hard to ensure an enjoyable experience.
