the location was central shops were very close. the room had ancient wooden beams giving it character. staff provided tea and coffee and replenished it promptly upon request. the building's age added to the experience making it nice
the room fan was not efficient i found the temperature ranging from 27 to 30 degrees. i recommend a better fan to help regulate temperature

unpainted plaster dirty carpet
Honestly, the place is looking rather tired. i spotted unpainted plaster in the common areas, a sight i wasn't exactly thrilled by. also, the stair carpet seemed to have seen better days. Let's just say its appearance didn't scream 'clean'.
