the bed and the kitchen where alright, i guess.

the night receptionist was awful and kept me waiting for over 2 hours. he wouldn't call his supervisor and even used bad language, i felt cheated by him and was very frustrated by the service.

The staff was the best part of the hotel. they were professional, helpful, and genuine. i found ample parking with 24-hour security. the rooms were well equipped. I especially enjoyed the cleanliness.

the hotel is located a short taxi ride away from the city center. the beach is also accessible via a short taxi ride. the hotel is situated in the mountains (this creates a serene environment).

the staff was always on hand to help with transport arrangements. they also answered queries efficiently. housekeeping was super organized and ensured cleanliness throughout the stay (which i appreciated).

while there wasn't a restaurant directly on site, i found a spot nearby. the bar new andalusia was convenient for breakfast in the mornings. it provided a good start to the day.

the three-bedroom apartment sea view was spacious. it offered really good views of both the hills and the sea (i especially liked waking up to this scenery). the apartment included a kitchen for cooking.

the apartment was pretty large. a nice balcony overlooking the ocean is AVAILABLE. the staff was AWESOME and very helpful. i loved the moroccan sweets they left us in the room.

the photos look better than the PLACE. the pool was cloudy and dirty. the apartment smelled like mildew and needed new paint. the air conditioning smelled like mold.

the hotel is off TOWN. the location is quiet and very accessible. it is not too far from shopping and food. a car MAKES everything accessible.
