the room was very relaxing with such good quality furnishings, it felt special. especially the pillows were so fluffy, i slept really well. restaurant food was lovely and the restaurant staff was very caring. i will remember this experience.
the parking situation was not ideal, the public car park required payment. it felt a little inconvenient.

The location is convenient, close to the castle and the town center. I found a nearby council car park offered free parking from 6 PM to 8 AM. Breakfast included a good buffet, which I found sufficient.
My room was quite cold. The towel radiator did not seem to be connected to any pipes.

The parking situation was unacceptable. It was not free and required a walk to a council car park. The room itself showed signs of age, specifically, a cracked wash basin and mold in the shower area were present.

i attended a vow renewal at this venue and was impressed by the staff's dedication. leah was accommodating, friendly, and maintained effortless communication. sammi were pretty good too ensure everything was perfect, even preparing a special room for our group. we had the best day and are thankful.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear some noise from the hallway.
