My room featured many fluffy towels AND robes, nice after showering. Free parking was available, a definite plus . I enjoyed cocktails in the bar. The beer selection was QUITE extensive. The breakfast was really good. I ate a great full English breakfast.

The shower room was a bit compact.

The staff was friendly and VERY efficient. One person, Charlotte, even drove me to my venue when my taxi did not arrive. I REALLY commend her for this KINDNESS.

The room was really nice and neat WITH a good shower. It was well appointed with a nice BIG and comfortable bed. Extra pillows were available for added comfort DURING my stay.

The food was good, especially the steak. I was able to get a table for dinner on a Saturday night, even though I had not booked. My steak was cooked to perfection, and breakfast was also GREAT.

the room was a beautiful double or triple room. breakfast was included and quite good. the staff were friendly and helpful .

the drinks were a bit expensive. i noticed a broken chair in the room, but it was only for one night so i did not complain. the greeting on arrival later in the day was not very cute.

The staff was friendly and accommodating with my requests. I really liked the overall vibe of the building. My room was beautiful and felt unexpectedly boutique.

My room got boiling even when I had the fan on. The small double room that I stayed in was very small. I found the food to be disappointing. The waitress did not seemed impressed when I provided my feedback on the meal.
