The location proved advantageous, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room provided offered an excellent view of the canal and Ben Nevis. Parking was ample and convenient, right on the premises. The on-site restaurant delivered a good dining experience. I savored a very well-prepared dinner there.
The reception area seemed unattended upon arrival. I noticed the bar had a slightly outdated look.

the staff were friendly. they provided prompt service during check-in. the hotel's location near the canal was great for a quick walk. i appreciated having parking available directly at the hotel.
the shower pressure was quite low. this made showering less comfortable. i found it a bit difficult to rinse off shampoo thoroughly.
