The location is very convenient. It is close to the park, pubs, and shops. I also found the staff to be professional and friendly. I appreciated the available baggage storage (i had a late flight).
My room was quite small. It did not match the pictures in the advertisement. There was not much space next to the bed for luggage. the closet was too small to hang a jacket properly.

thin wallsuncomfortable bed
The room felt quite cold despite the air conditioning being cranked up to 30 degrees! the noise was also a major issue. The walls seemed paper thin. loud conversations kept me awake past 1 am. i also noticed marks all over the walls. It felt more like a run-down student accommodation than anything else. the bed was far too springy. It was very uncomfortable.

The hotel was impressively clean, and my room was very comfortable. the location is excellent, very close to transportation. dirya at reception was helpful and always available. i especially appreciated the quietness of my room. It helped me relax after long days.
i noticed very minor wear on some furniture, but it didn't affect my stay at all.

the room featured a comfortable bed and sufficient space for luggage. complimentary water and coffee were available, which i found very useful. the bathroom included a rainfall shower, a nice addition.

the hotel is close to several public transportation options. the area is relatively quiet and safe, good for families. nearby are several shops and restaurants, very convenient for quick needs.

the lobby has a coffee bar that provides free coffee and tea. wifi is available throughout the hotel and it worked without issues. elevators are accessible via key card, a secure feature.

the staff were helpful and friendly, especially dirya, she helped me a lot!!! sameer at the front desk was warm and willing to help, very nice. ali was also very caring, he assisted me from check-in to check-out.
