My room was surprisingly spacious and included a decent bathroom. I appreciated the handy kitchenette that allowed for simple meal preparation. The staff promptly addressed requests. They supplied items like irons without delay. I could also conveniently purchase coffee downstairs..

the staff were AMAZING. we had the BEST time and we met some Great people!
The toilet flush was constantly running in my bathroom. I had to dust off my plumbing skills and fix it.

the room included a kitchen, useful. the hotel's location was convenient for visiting the black country living museum (our main reason for the trip) and the zoo.
i found the windows to be quite dirty, and there was some dust on the headboard. additionally, the room temperature was difficult to regulate at times.
