“Here's my take: this spot has clearly found new energy, shaking off old pub vibes for something fresher. I noticed it's a comfortable base for exploring-close to the beach and local spots, plus the owners sound genuinely invested in making stays feel personal, and I appreciate that. It's the kind of place where you can see yourself unwinding in the garden after a day out.”

A mixed experience

uncomfortable bedsmoke smell
The bed was not comfortable. I think we were the only people at the hotel. It felt cold, and staff only turned on the heating upon our arrival. There was a noticeable smell of smoke in the corridor (it wasn't pleasant).

I found the bed to be unsatisfactory. It lacked appropriate support. The shower was substandard too. Water pressure was minimal, and the temperature fluctuated. The inadequate shower detracted significantly from the overall experience.
