The room size was a good surprise! The bed was comfy. Breakfast offered many options. It was delicious. I found the location excellent. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

the receptionist was helpful when i inquired about parking they even came outside to guide me to the hotel carpark and assisted with my luggage the breakfast offered various options and the staff in both the bar and breakfast areas were consistently friendly and polite i found the afternoon food to be delicious with a diverse menu
i found the experience at the hotel slightly underwhelming compared to what i anticipated based on its reputation

I loved how close the hotel WAS to everything. The staff seemed helpful and the superior king room was amazing. I REALLY liked the castle views from my WINDOW.
Upon ARRIVAL, parking was not CLEAR. It was hard to find the car park at first, even though it was NEAR.

scalding water
The shower water was way too hot. It was scalding hot actually, so i couldn't take a shower. that was really disappointing because i wanted to relax after a long day. it started at 8:00am and it woke me up early. with all the noise, i couldn't sleep in, unfortunately.
